The NET(net) team is composed of industry experts and seasoned professionals averaging 25 years of experience.
Our management team combines backgrounds from the client side, the supplier side, and functional perspectives from business, IT, finance, procurement, legal, and supplier and contract management. This gives our clients a 360-degree perspective of the agreements they have, the investments they make, and the relationships they manage and makes us extremely efficient at working with cross-functional teams to help clients minimize the costs and risks and maximize the realization of value and benefit in their technology supply chains.
Mr. Zolman is the 100% Equity owner of NET(net), and remains its Chairman of the Board. As the Founder of NET(net), Inc., Mr. Zolman pioneered the concept of IT Investment Optimization Service after seeing vast commercial inequities firsthand during his detailed work and management experience in some of the world’s largest technology firms.

Mr. Welsh is the Chief Value Officer at NET(net). He has been with NET(net) since 2007 and currently leads NET(net)’s global services team with innovation and solutions for Clients. Mr.
Welsh has led the NET(net) services team in delivering incremental value of over $150 billion. Mr. Welsh has a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an International Business concentration. Mr. Welsh’s accumulated his expertise by serving Clients for more than 23 years, including providing innovative IT and business solutions while at firms like Accenture and Diamond Technology Partners.
Kellsey Le has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NET(net) since 2013. She is responsible for aligning the entire organization with the goals and objectives of Clients and integrating functional teams to deliver exceptional value and impactful results. Over 20 years of tenure with NET(net), Kellsey has managed several functional areas and helped the firm expand into global markets, whilst overseeing strategic clients and key private equity partnerships. Kellsey has also led the functional groups of Client Services and Professional Services in a prior role, as President and Chief Operating Officer of NET(net) with global responsibilities for all field and business operations.
Sue’s previous experience includes 28 years with Huntington Bank. She has a varied banking and financial services background including management, accounting, audit and lending. She has a passion for excellence and has been instrumental in driving forward projects involving business process redesign and standardization. Sue enjoys and places a high priority on developing productive business relationships.
Dexter Siglin is Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he directs teams in developing strategies, technologies, programs, and services to both improve operational efficiencies and deliver long term client value from it’s Find, Get, and Keep Value services.
